How to lease out a domain to another user?

To lease out a domain to another user, select Selling -> Lease transactions on the website menu.

In the list of transactions that appears, press the Start new transaction button to display the form used to start a new transaction.

You need to complete the form with the following information:

• The domain name(s) to be leased out. In a single transaction, you can lease out multiple domains at once.

• Lessee’s account login.

• Lease duration.

• Amount of the lease rent.

• The possibility to terminate the lease and the pre-emptive right to buy.

• The number of days, within which the lessee has to pay the first installment. During this time, the lessee must accept the transaction conditions and pay the amount of the first rent.

Press the Check operation details button to view the summary of the transaction details you have entered. If everything is correct, press the Start the installment sale button.

After starting the transaction, the lessee is emailed with a notification about it. If the lessee accepts the proposed conditions and makes the payment of the first rent, we will transfer the domain to their account automatically and initiate the lease.
