How does domain lease work?
The lease of a domain requires that the conditions of the lease, i.e. the period of the lease and the amount of rent, be determined. You can lease a domain for an indefinite or definite time. The lessor initiates the lease transaction in the user panel, indicating the domain name, the lessee and the financial terms of the transaction.

It is also possible to specify which party and with what notice will be able to terminate the domain lease and to establish the pre-emptive right to buy the leased domain.

What does the setting "Pre-emptive right to buy" in a lease transaction mean?
After starting the transaction, the lessee needs to accept its conditions and then make the payment of the first rent. After paying the first rent, the domain is transferred to the lessee’s account who can manage it in a limited way, i.e. they can direct it to different DNS servers or redirect it to a different website, but they cannot sell it or transfer it to another account.
Such a state lasts until the last rent is paid. If the lessee does not pay the next rent the lease may be terminated.
The lessee has not paid the lease rent, what can I do?
If the lease has been concluded for a definite period of time or one of the parties has terminated the lease, the domain returns to the lessor's account at the end of the transaction. The transaction is then completed.
