Why can't I make a domain purchase offer?

Sellers have the option to block specific buyers if they have previously had bad experiences with them. If a seller places you on such a list, you will not be able to make offers to purchase domains, but you could buy domains from other sellers.

Some domains also have a fixed minimum price. It is not possible to make an offer below this price, so if you try to make such an offer, you will receive an appropriate message.
