What do different settlement methods mean?

The seller can offer you different ways to settle the transaction. Depending on the options chosen by the seller, you can settle your domain purchase on the marketplace in the following ways:

  • VAT invoice from AfterMarket.pl – the most popular form of settlement, available for all domains offered for sale. A VAT tax will be added to the domain price unless you have a European VAT identification number. You will receive a VAT invoice issued by us.

  • Invoice (bill) without VAT from the seller – this form of settlement is available of the seller’s company is not a VAT payer. No taxes will be added to the domain price. You will receive a bill (without VAT tax) issued by the seller.

  • Direct settlement with the seller – some seller offer the possibility to settle the transaction directly with the buyer. In such case no taxes will be added to the domain price, but you will receive no invoice for your purchase.
