How much time do I have to consider the seller’s counteroffer?
A seller making their counteroffer specifies its validity. By default, it is 7 days, but the seller can choose a different period from 1 to 14 days. During that time, you have to respond to their counteroffer. If you do not do so, the counteroffer will expire and become invalid.
