How are negotiations closed?

Closing the negotiations involves preventing the other party from making further offers. Both the buyer and the seller can close the negotiations. For example, you can close negotiations if the seller makes counteroffers which are too high and you don't want to receive any more counteroffers. Closing the negotiations also means that the seller will not be able to send you messages about these negotiations.

You can close negotiations in the form used to reject a seller's counteroffer, by checking the "Close negotiations" option. You can also do this through the list of ongoing negotiations. To do this, find the offer row, and then click the Close button.

If you have closed the negotiations to buy a domain, you can reopen them by making another offer to purchase a domain. Until you have done so, the other party is not in a position to make offers to you.
