How to contact the lessor of a domain?

To contact the lessor of a domain, select Buying -> Lease transactions on the website menu.

You will see a list of transactions, in which you lease domains. Find the table row with the desired transaction, and then press the Message button.

A chat window for sending a message to the lessor will be displayed. Enter your message and press Send message.

The Lessor will receive an e-mail notification of a new message. Information about sending the message will be found also in the chat history, which you can see by pressing the button in the chat line on the left side of the window.
