If you are leasing a domain directly from the lessor (who initiated the transaction and you’ve accepted its conditions), the lessor’s right to terminate the lease shall be determined in the transaction conditions. If you have agreed that it is possible, the lessor will be able to terminate the lease with the indicated notice, whereas if there is no such arrangement in relevant conditions, the lessor will be unable to terminate the lease.

If you have leased out a domain on the domain marketplace (by pressing the Lease out button next to the domain sale offer), the lessor may never terminate the lease.
