Can I decide not to lease a domain?

If you are leasing a domain directly from the lessor (who initiated the transaction and you’ve accepted its conditions), you are not obliged to start leasing a domain. When the lease starts and you have agreed with the lessor that it is possible to terminate the lease, you can also terminate the lease in progress with a predetermined notice period.

However, if you have leased a domain on the domain marketplace (by pressing the Lease out button next to the domain sale offer), you cannot withdraw from starting leasing a domain. However, you can terminate the agreement with one month's notice.
