Why didn't the recipient receive my email?
If the recipient did not receive the email you sent from your account, check if you have entered his email address correctly. Errors in the address (e.g. typos) make it impossible to deliver a mail.
If the email address is correct, check if your message together with an error message has not been returned to your email account. If the recipient's email account is configured incorrectly (for example, is full and cannot accept any more messages), their mail server will send you a reply message with error information.
If you do not see any reply message informing about an error, ask the recipient to check if your message didn’t end up in the "Spam" folder. If you are sending a lot of messages from your server, your message could have been not delivered also due to exceeding the limit of sent messages.
Is the mail delivery from the server limited?
If none of the above tips helped you solve the problem, please contact our website support team providing them with your and recipient's email addresses and the approximate date of the message being sent. Our technical department will check if this message was properly delivered to the recipient's mail server. Remember that problems with sending messages may occur on the recipient's side, in which case, the problem will have to be solved on the recipient's side.
