Why aren't emails reaching me?
If you do not receive any email to your email account, check if the domain is directed to the correct DNS servers of the hosting service. If the domain has incorrect DNS servers, the mail service will not work properly.
What DNS servers do I have to provide in order to configure the domain correctly?
If you have recently changed the domain's DNS servers, the information about the new servers may not yet have been propagated on the Internet. This can take up to 24 hours.
Why isn't the website displayed even though the domain is directed to valid DNS servers?
If you do not receive messages from only some recipients, check if these messages have not been classified by our system as spam. To do this, log in to your email account using the WebMail page and check the content on the "Spam" folder.
Can I read emails without an email program?
If a message is not in the "Spam" folder, please contact our website support team providing them with your and the sender's email addresses and the approximate date of the message being sent. Our technical department will check if this message has actually reached our mail server. Remember that problems with sending messages may occur on the sender's side, in which case, the problem will have to be solved on the recipient's side.
