Is the mail delivery from the server limited?

As part of the standard cloud hosting offer, we offer the option of sending messages in accordance with the purchased package. This limit is common for all domains and e-mail accounts that you create on the server and, at the same time, it is flexibly adjusted to the client in the case of the PRO package and after prior client verification. For security reasons and to protect against SPAM, each account must have a mail sending restriction.

Additionally, in the case of the cloud hosting offer, we offer customers access to a dedicated system for sending newsletters.

This system is launched at the customer's request after the following conditions are met:

  • the service is active for a minimum of 3 months and during this period no notification has been received regarding the sending of SPAM by the customer,

  • the basic limit is used at least in 90%
