Why is my bank account not on the list of accounts for withdrawal?

The list of bank accounts, to which you can withdraw funds from a sale invoice that you uploaded, is taken from the VAT Payer Whitelist. If the bank account you want to use is not listed there, you will not be able to specify it for withdrawal.

If your bank account is listed on the VAT Payer Whitelist, and yet you cannot see it on the list of accounts when uploading your invoice, please contact our support department.
