How to complete invoicing for uninvoiced sales?

To assign an invoice to the sale of a domain in your account and receive the gross sales amount, select Finance -> Uncleared sales on the website menu.

Find the selected transaction in the list and press the Upload invoice button. You can also tick the checkboxes next to multiple rows and press the Upload invoice button below the table to be able to submit a single invoice for several transactions.

In the first step, you need to choose how you want to receive the funds from the sale. You can have the funds added to the balance of your account with Aftermarket.pl or withdrawn to a bank account listed on the VAT Payer Whitelist. In some cases, specifically when the amount of the transaction exceeds 15000 PLN, only withdrawal to a bank account is possible.

Then you will receive the information about the data that should appear on your invoice. Generate an invoice corresponding to these data in your accounting system. Pay attention to enter the correct amount and data of the seller and the buyer. You can download an invoice template, which contains all the required data.

How to issue a VAT sales invoice properly?

After generating the invoice file, upload it through the "Invoice PDF file" field and press the Upload invoice button. The file must be in PDF format since other formats (for example, Microsoft Word) are not supported.

The uploaded file will be checked by our accounting department. If all the data on the invoice is correct, you will receive the funds from the sale of domains.
