Can I allow my accountant to download invoices from my account?
You can share your account with another user and grant them permissions to download invoices.
How can I give another person access to my account?
To restrict the permissions to download invoices, go to user permissions and select "User may perform only some operations" and check desired options in the "Invoice management" section. Also, remember to uncheck the option that reads "Add new permissions when they are introduced in the system".
