How to define an administrative contact for domains?

During domain registration or transfer, an error may appear stating that there is no administrative contact. In this case, you should select one of the existing profiles for domain registration or create a new one and deselect it as an administrative contact. Such a profile must have the data of a natural person and the additional data of this profile must include the number of the identity document.

To define an administrative contact, select Domains ->Domain data profiles on the website menu.

A list of domain data profiles will be displayed. Find the selected profile and press the Additional data button.

A form used to edit a additiona profile data will be displayed.

To define the data profile for domains as an administrative contact, check this option Administrative contact. Only one data profile for domains will be marked as an administrative contact.

Complete the form with the data and press Save changed information.
