How to disable Registry Lock to a domain?
How does domain Registry Lock work?
To disable Registry Lock for your domain, from the website menu, select Domains -> List of your domains.

A list of domains will be displayed. Find the selected domain and select the option Security -> Disable Registry Lock.

There is a fee to disable Registry Lock for your domain. The cost of the operation can be found in the price list in the "Domain services" section on the "Registry Lock" tab. To access the domain renewal pricing, select Price list.

Press the Order Registry Lock removal button to place an disable request.
Requesting a change of the Registry Lock service requires second level authorization with an SMS code or the Google Authenticator app.
How to change the operation authorization method?
If the currently selected authorization method is incorrect, a message will be displayed about the impossibility of executing the request.

If the currently selected authorization method is correct, the operation execution authorization form will be displayed.

After correct authorization of the operation, information about the pending request to disable the Registry Lock service will be displayed.

It may take several days for the service to be disabled for the selected domain. You will be informed by the registry via e-mail about disabling the Registry Lock service for the domain.
To view a list of domains with Registry Lock, from the website menu, select Domains -> List of your domains. Domains with the service turned off or waiting for it to be turned off are marked with a special icon .
