Why isn't the website displayed even though the domain is directed to valid DNS servers?
After the domain has been directed to other DNS servers, the change may not be visible immediately. The information on DNS servers, to which the domain directs, is stored on the Internet in many places (so-called DNS cache) and it takes some time for this information to be updated. Usually, this happens within a few hours, but in rare cases, it can take up to 3 days.
To check if your domain is directed to correct DNS servers, find the domain on the list of your domains, and then click the Redirect button and select the Change DNS servers option on the drop-down menu.

A form will be displayed, in which you can check if the domain DNS servers are set correctly:

You can also check the domain’s WHOIS data which include, among other things, the DNS server information:

If DNS servers, to which the domain has been directed, are correct, and the website is still not displayed, try the following steps:
1. Make sure that enough time has elapsed since changing the DNS servers (up to 24 hours).
2. Close all windows of your web browser and restart it. Your browser may store outdated DNS server information, therefore, if you close and restart it, the information will be refreshed.
3. If it is possible for you, disconnect and reconnect to the Internet.
4. Try to display the website using a different connection (e.g. on a mobile phone). Your Internet provider may also store previous domain DNS server information, which they have not yet refreshed after the information had been changed.
If, despite taking these steps, the website is still not displayed, contact the company that maintains DNS servers (usually, it is the same company that hosts your website) and ask them to check if the DNS servers are configured properly to operate your domain. For a website to function, the hosting provider must set up DNS servers correctly.
