The list of templates you have created will be displayed. If you haven't defined any DNS entry templates so far, the list will contain one default template (empty template). Click the button reading Add new template to display a template creation form.

Fill out the form with the data of the new entry and click the Add DNS entry button. After adding the entry, the form will be reloaded and you will be able to add a new entry. After adding the last DNS entry, click the Back button to return to the template list.
You can also modify the list of DNS entries stored in the template. To do this, find the row with the template name, and then click the Manage entries button.

In order to add a new DNS entry to the row, click Add DNS entry. In order to delete an existing DNS entry, find the entry, and press the Delete templete button.

You can also delete multiple entries at once by ticking the checkbox next to the selected rows and clicking the Delete entries button below the table.
Then, you can apply the created template to the domains in your list, which will result in copying DNS entries into domains. However, remember that applying a DNS template to a domain is a one-time operation, which means that, if you make changes to the DNS template in the future, they will not be visible in these domains unless you apply the DNS template again.
