What is a trusted e-mail address?

A trusted e-mail address is an address which you fully control and therefore can be used to gain access to your account:

When you mark an e-mail address as trusted, you can give it in the login for to our website instead of your account’s login.
From a trusted address you can send questions and requests to our support team. Your requests will be treated as authorized and the requested modifications will be performed. If we receive a request from an e-mail address not marked as trusted, it will not be processed.

If you add to your account an e-email address that belongs to another person, for example to your accountant who wants to receive e-mails with invoices, do not mark this address as trusted so that this person will not gain access to your account.
