We would like to inform you that for domains registered in our company, we have noticed cases of sending fake e-mails informing about alleged lack of payment. These messages are styled as our official communications and are an attempt to extort payment data from our customers.
The recipients of these messages are general contact boxes, such as: kontakt@domena.pl, support@domena.pl, biuro2@domena.pl. The messages are sent en masse from various, random e-mail addresses and do not result from a direct connection with the data of our company's customers.
Please exercise particular caution and thoroughly verify the sender of each message regarding payment. In case of doubt, please contact our Customer Service Office.
